I Love My New Panasonic NN-SD65LS Microwave!

Today I bought a Panasonic NN-SD65LS Microwave. I bought it for several reasons. First, I kept having the thin plastic covering of the controls of the other microwaves I bought scratch up with my nails. I didn't do it intentionally but it is ridiculous that manufacturers don't realize that this might happen. So, this is microwave number three in the last three months. This microwave has metal buttons and a metal dial. This will definitely not become scratched.

The second reason I bought it was because it is a Panasonic. I have sworn by Panasonic for over 40 years. I had a cassette recorder in the 70s that I dropped on the floor a few times. It didn't hurt it at all. Panasonics are so well made. I have, then, bought many Panasonic products through the years. They work well and really last.

Until a few days ago, I didn't know that Panasonic made microwaves. I'm really glad that I found this out.

I bought my microwave at Home Depot. If you search my model online, you will see that all of them are black and stainless. Mine is different. It has turquoise accents. For me, this is a pleasant surprise. My kitchen is an eclectic retro kitchen with blue walls to resemble the sky, some red retro small appliances to add color, and flowered curtains among other things. So, this matches perfectly. It gives it the retro look that I have been trying to achieve in my kitchen and this color is perfect to go along with the decor of my kitchen.

I don't usually like to write reviews right away because, when I do, things break and I can't take that back. In this case, I am very happy to make an exception because I want to tell people to buy a Panasonic microwave. These are the best microwaves that you can buy for under $500. Mine was $199. I did buy the service plan for $25 just in case but I will be thinking about whether I should cancel it because Panasonics don't break. I only bought the service plan because I have had so many problems with microwaves over the last several years. In total, I have probably bought six microwaves in two years. Some stopped working. Others became rusted. Some had that horrible plastic scratching on the controls. Microwaves have been bad luck for me before now.

This microwave does come with the standard owner's manual which I will have to read because I'm not sure how to use this type of microwave. It is a Genius microwave with very many features. I love that it has all of the features too. They will not let me post a link here. So, I have listed the features. There might be other ones that I don't know about yet.

Popcorn Button
Sensor Reheat Button
Sensor Cook Button
Power level Button
Auto Defrost Button
Keep Warm Button
Cooking Timer/Clock Button
More Button Increase the cooking time by 10% or 20%.
Less Button Decrease the cooking time by 10% or 20%.
Start, Weight/Time, and Sensor Menu Dial
You can set standing time, delayed start, or keep warm.

It even has a child safety lock. Moms and Dads, you really need to consider this one.

I'm thrilled to death that I found this microwave and I highly recommend buying a Panasonic microwave the next time you need to replace your microwave.

TVs with such high-quality reproduction

I have never seen TVs with such high-quality reproduction, such beautiful and clear pictures! The model is provided with an automatic brightness enhancement function and support for several standards. These functions are designed to match the image to the ambient light. This is very convenient for watching TV at different times of the day. Also, the device is armed with the simplest mode of saving your favorite TV shows using a hard drive or USB drive!

Warantee impossible to use...

I bought an oral irrigator (on amazon mexico, that came from amazon.com usa). It broke before the warranty. I wrote to Panasonic after registrating my product, and theyt are asking me to mail the irrigator to them for repair. They would only cover 50% of the costs for the shipment. Shipping an irrigator from Mexico to Florida will cost maybe 70 USD. It is not worth it. I am very disappointed by the warantee, that basically is impossible to use. Better to not offer warrantee if you cannot handle it. Goodbye Panasonic. 5th irrigator I buy from your brand. Last one.

My Smoothest Electric Shaver as Close as a Blade

My Wife bought me my first Panasonic Electric Shaver. I have always used two other Famous Brands . My Panasonic Es Lv67 was a Xmas Present and I tried it for the first time on Xmas Day. My Wife felt my Face and she was Astonished she said it was as Smooth as a Babies Bottom and she told my Daughter to feel it. My Daughter agreed. I felt it and the only time that I have had a Shave that close was with a Proglide 5 Blade Razor but I cut my face a few times with that because I am a Mechanic and my Face is not Smooth normally.

Panasonic Sucks

Panasonic sucks. Their web pages are broken. You can't register a product. That means you can't get the extended warranty. Their email responses are brain-dead. Good products. The worst customer service.

I have bought several of your products and they have been of good quality, but with my last purchase my product came in bad condition and I tried to contact you and you did not offer me any solution.

Terrible customer support!

I bought a shaver which included a "warrantee". Cannot reach anyone to discuss problems. Terrible customer support! I am in business myself, and I find this unacceptable! I would caution anyone about this company's customer support.
